 In Calderwick, nobles cling to fading legacies. Tycoons rise through invention. The Church of the Machinist brands it all as heresy. And at the center lies machnite—the miraculous metal reshaping the future.

 Brass & Embers is a narrative-rich tabletop RPG of exploration, shifting power, and collective resistance. Choose from seven unique classes—each with their own playstyle, perspective, and implied backstory.

 Within city walls, instigate uprisings, uncover secrets, and tangle with the politics of a fractured society. Beyond them, brave the wilds, confront mechanical horrors, and unearth forgotten technologies left behind by a mysterious figure worshipped as a god.

 The game runs on a flexible d6 system, where abilities and teamwork increase your chances of success. Whether you’re tracking relics, exposing corruption, or waging rebellion, your party is stronger together than apart. Depending on the situation you can suffer damage to reputation, sanity, and more—but your truest lifeline is Hope. Lose it, and your character is overcome by despair, their story cut short.
